If you believe kebabs can be produced only with mince meats or mashed veggies and also soya, you are in for a surprise. Here's a kebab which can be made with eggs which is healthy and nutritious also!

Ingredients
1=4 hard boiled eggs
2=2 tbsp Gram flour
3=1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
4=2 tbsp finely chopped Onion.1 tsp Garam Masala
5=.½ tsp black pepper powder
6=½ tsp red chili powder
7=¼cup Wholemeal breadcrumbs
8=2 tbsp water
9=1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
10=Salt to season

Method
- Grate the boiled eggs.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into 10 small kebabs.
- Heat the oil in the pan and cook the kebabs till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with a mint coriander chutney.
